Puget Sound men s cross country runner Colin Monaghan finished among the top three freshmen during the NCAA D-III Cross Country Championships Saturday in Winneconne, Wisconsin. University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh hosted the event at Lake Breeze Golf Club.
